Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. The questionnaire asks what you already use, and the call starts from there.

Will you try to sell me something?
You'll get a recommendation and prices in writing. You decide afterward. If nothing we offer is a good fit, we'll say so.
Is the call recorded?
Only if you tick the box that says yes.
What if I need to move my call?
Move it free of charge up to 24 hours before your call.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel 48 hours or more before your call and the full $50 comes back. After that, or if you miss the call, the $50 is kept, with one free rebooking.
Who will I hear from after I book?
